Payment, Return and
Shipping policies
The Payment
We accept any legal way used on International business :
Internet, we can accept orders by telephone, fax, and mail also. We
also accept payment by check, draft, money order, wire transfer, and
inter-bank transfer. For more details please tell us.
The time to accept and confirm an order are:
-Internet payment .- Immediately. All the payments are revised by
2checkout.com fraud department (2Checkout.com, Inc. is our
authorized retailer). If some payment is considered of high risk we
will proceed to its analysis and you will be notified
-Other methods .- Please tell us.
Return Policy
IP Natural S.A.C., will replace goods damaged as a result of bad
transportation in the opportunity the insurance covers the
corresponding cost. In order to make the right to get the
replacement valid, the Client should make a formal claim to the
carrier (Postal Service, Courier, or other) at the moment of
delivery. Damage should be accurately specified. If the goods have
been dropped off at destination without Clients participation, then
the Client that suspects that the goods could be damaged due to the
appearance of the package, should call the carrier to open the
package together, then doing the claim if corresponds. In case some
damaged good is found without noticing it before the package is
opened, then the Client should present a written claim to the
carrier. A photograph would be useful in most cases.
Client should send the claim number or a copy of the document used
for such purpose, and a photo if available, to IP Natural S.A.C., by
email or by fax.
